Room Keys

Each Resident has their own Room Key - in the form of a Access Card. You use the card to enter the room.

You can also use the App to open your room - which we call an E-Key

Access Card | Room Card

Hold the card on the lock and it will open for you - only you and your roommate can open the door with your key.

E-Key

When you are close to your door, use the app to unlock via Bluetooth - you can only open your own room in this way

Residentry is our facial recognition and access management system used specifically for the turnstiles at the building entrances. It ensures secure entry for residents only.

Once you’re registered on Residentry, you can enter using facial recognition or your Residentry keycard. Both options give you access through the main turnstile entrances.

During move-in, our team will register your face scan and room keycard. If you haven’t been registered yet, please visit Reception to complete the process.

You can use the Residentry mobile app to send your visitor a temporary PIN code, which grants them access through the turnstiles for a limited time. All visitors must be pre-approved and follow the house rules.

No. Visitors must be invited by a resident and use a valid PIN via the Residentry app. They cannot enter without being approved and signed in.

ttHotel is the system used to manage room access. You will receive a keycard (and optionally an e-key) that gives you access to your assigned room.

Simply tap your ttHotel keycard against your room lock. If you’ve opted for the mobile version, your e-key in the ttHotel app will also allow you to unlock your door with your phone.

Report it to Reception immediately. The lost card will be deactivated for your safety, and a new one will be issued. A replacement fee may apply.

Yes. If activated, you can use the ttHotel mobile app to access your e-key and unlock your room using your smartphone.

No. Sharing room access—either by card or e-key—is strictly prohibited for safety and privacy reasons. Violations may lead to disciplinary action.
